Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales related to Internet Teleivison Solutions, dba PCTVCables.com.
Shipping and Order Placement
All orders will be shipped with 24 hours of order placement (except weekends and holidays). Orders placed on Friday may be shipped on Friday or Monday. You will receive an order confirmation via email. Hotmail users may not receive an order confirmation email because Hotmail often blocks email from PayPal. You will also receive an email from the United States Postal Service when we print your shipping label. This email will include a Track & Confirm number to allow you to track your shipment. NOTE: Paypal's fraud-prevention department occasionally "flags" transactions for review. This review process takes 24 hours and prevents us from shipping the order until cleared. If your order is delayed we apologize for this inconvenience.

Pricing
We strive to offer a balance between high quality and affordability. However, we may find it necessary to increase our prices from time to time.
Sales Tax
We collect sales tax for products shipped to Virginia (5%) and Maryland (6%).
Payment Processing and Security
All transactions are processed by PayPal, our secure payment processor.
- When registering or logging into PayPal, PayPal verifies that your internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher.
- Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Your personal information is stored on PayPal's servers and heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further shield your credit card and bank numbers, PayPal does not directly connect their firewall-protected servers to the internet.
- PCTVCables.com does not have access to your bank or credit card information.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order by sending us an email at support@pctvcables.com. We will cancel your order unless it has already been shipped out. Shipping charges are not refundable. We will notify you via return email. If your order was already shipped, please visit our Returns page for additional information.
Privacy

Warranty
We warrant our cables and converters to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from
the date of purchase. Simply return the product to us and we will promptly replace it with a new unit of equal or better design and quality. This warranty does not cover damage caused by the consumer.
Use And Care Of Your Cable
Your PC to TV cable is a high-quality, carefully constructed product that contains multiple conductors, insulators and shields. When storing your HDMI or VGA cable, please roll it up carefully in a coil not less that 12 inches in diameter. Bending or crimping your cable will render it useless. For optimal sound and picture quality, do not allow your PC to TV cable to contact or cross other cables or wires, especially power cords.
