Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you cannot get your PC to TV cable or converter to work, please email us at support@pctvcables.com .
You may return your unopened cable (sealed in plastic bag) for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date. We will gladly refund 100% of your purchase price.
You may return your opened cable for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date. Opened items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
You may return your PC to TV converter for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date. Converters are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Requirements:
You must return your merchandise with its original packaging and in new condition. Please note that we cannot provide refunds for items that have been damaged by the purchaser.
How To Return An Item:
1. Email us at support@pctvcables.com and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Include your full name, purchase date and reason for return.
2. Ship the item to us freight prepaid at the address below. We recommend that you purchase delivery confirmation to confirm delivery of your return: We are not responsible for lost items.
